make consecutive posts.
- If someone mistakenly double posts, the count resets back to 0!
- If someone posts with a ending timestamp of :00 (ex: 09:39:00), the count is reset to 0! (subject to change if found to be abused)
- Once either side reaches 50 or -50, start back at 0!
