NEW RULES

- the double post rule is REMOVED in its entirety.
The :00 rule will be modified:
- the :00 rule will apply only to the team on the winning side
- the losing team would reduce/add by 10 if they post a :00
So an example of the :00 reset rule applying to the winning side:
P1: 1
P2: 2
P3: 3 (posts :00 time stamp) - resets the count to 0 (vice versa for F-Mods)
P1: 1
F1: -2 (posts :00 time stamp) - count goes up by 10 (opposite for players)
P1: 9
