Count to 20 before somebody with a username with numbers in it post.

Example:
- Skillerking: 1
- Loki: 2
- 333333333: 0
- Idiotest: 1

As per the FSR, this thread has been recreated immediately after it was maxed, as the previous owner Skillerking has not posted on the RSOF for 3 months . Should he return within 2 weeks of this thread being created, he may recreate it and this thread can be locked.

I've made a couple of edits to the thread as there was no need to have it included with this game, and just makes the counting confusing. This included the removal of:
" Also Forum/Jagex mods, Community helpers can reset it to 0 "
