Here's how you play:
----------------------
1. create a country using the rubric below.
2. over time, you may start doing cultural advancements such as announcing you built a palace, or found some gold.
3. eventually you can start making technology improvements, like inventing flying disks
4. eventually you will be able to upgrade your military, addig more troops, creating new weapons, and inventing new armor
5. you might also want to create a cool story for your country.

Rules

1. No Spam
2. Follow all Jagex Rules
3. You cannot start off with too advanced technology.
4. You cannot start with more than 35k troops.
4a. In the beginning pages, you may see people with really big technology and troop #'s. that's because they're from the last post. Please keep well below them, they are OLD
5. Please follow the territory claims. If you don't report your countries land... your fault. whoever asks first gets it.
6. If you go to war, you cannot immediatly destroy your adversary in 1 post. they must retort.
7. The older you are, the better.
8. Listen to the BoS.
9. Have fun

Class Identification:
This I.D.'s the ranks of countries according to age.
1. 3rd World- Beginner country. Small, mostly undeveloped, small military, inferior technology. Cannot be attacked by 2nd world countries. Can attack 3rd world, 2nd world and Superpowers
2. 2nd world- Regular countries. been around for a while, average size, modern, developed, Average military, Average technology. Cannot attack 3rd world countries, can attack superpowers.
3. Superpowers- Advanced Countries. Been around for a long time. Most belong to the BoS. Large Size, Very developed (unless the choose not too), own style, huge advanced military, great technology. Superpowers in the BoS govern the world. They may attack 2nd world countries more than a week being 2nd. Superpowers may ONLY attack 2nd worlds under a week being 2nd and 3rd worlds if approved by BoS for DISIPLINARY REASONS ONLY under the Treaty of III.
People will from now on put these symbols next to their country name to signify their rank
Ex: Djinnaken (S)
(3) = 3rd world
(2) = 2nd world
(S) = Superpowers
You may only advance if the BoS says you earned it

Board of Superpowers
The Board of Superpowers is the Governing force of the Game
The Board's headquarters is the BBS Superpower, a giant floaty, elegant ship.
The Board Can;
--------------
-Only attack 3rd world countries and 2nd world under a week old if they need discipline.
-Set limitations. Such as where to store hazardous materials (cough, cough, pluto), what fuels cannot be burned where, and how many troops a country can have.
-Govern quarrels that are becoming annoying. Almost like a supreme court.
- Protect countries from evil dictators.
-etc. stuff like that.

TO BECOME A SUPERPOWER...
You must be old, technologically advanced, and approved by the BoS.
BOARD OF SUPERPOWER DECREES:

1. Treaty of Djinnaken- Not really passed by council, but Djinn Spell's doing it anyways. It protects 3rd world countries and 2nc world countries under a week from being attack by the BoS except for DISCIPLINE
2. Troop Decree- Another thing Passed by Djinn. Noone can start with more than 35k troops.
3. Land Decree- Djinn's just taking control today. Last Time, though. If you don't tell us your lands for the land decree, you will not be recognized as the ruler of the land.
