One dark and stormy night, a skilled burglar decides to break into the local church, expecting to find valuable items to steal. As he silently makes his way through the dimly lit hallways, he suddenly comes across a priest who's praying in the chapel. Panicking, the burglar pulls out a knife and threatens the priest, "Tell me where the valuables are, or I'll have no choice but to use this knife!"
The naive priest, trembling with fear, says, "Please, my child, there's no need for violence. I'll tell you where the church's treasures are hidden, but first, let me pray for your soul."
The burglar hesitates but agrees, expecting to be led to the church's hidden riches.
The priest starts praying, "Lord, please forgive this man for stealing our church's brand-new security system, which I'm sure will be arriving any minute now!"
