My grandfather always told me stories of the great warrior, Wally, when I was a child. Wally and my grandfather had been great friends and went on many adventures together. In one of my favorite of his stories, he tells of a quest they took, to slay a mighty dragon. They scoured the land in search of map pieces. Working through mazes and fighting monsters to piece together the puzzle. In the end of the story, he and Wally fight together and slay the dragon where she lay, and save the island of Crandor from her wrath.

I've been trying to be like my grandfather and follow in his footsteps ever since he passed away. I've considered all tasks to be a quest in order to gain fame, from helping a chef prepare a wonderful meal for a Duke, to killing a vampire that haunts the people of Draynor at night. It's very hard most of the time, and you make many mistakes. I killed a dog guarding the tomb above the River Salve, and let a poor lass to love, only for her prince to run away with another. In all of my experiences I've learned, and I finally earned enough fame to join the Champions' Guild.

Upon my arrival, the Guildmaster gave me a cheerful welcome, and told me that I would have to accept tasks done. He said that a man by the name of Oziach had an offer for those willing, to receive access to wearing his beautiful Rune Platebody armor. Of course I accepted, and the Guildmaster gave me an envolope. It was addressed to me, from my grandfather. Inside it, a note that read:

Stech, I know you looked up to my stories and if I could see you now, I would welcome you into the place I called home for most of my life. I want to tell you that I'm proud of you,
and that you've made many accomplishments in order to stand where you are now. I am sad to say though, that some aspects of your favorite story were mere tales in order to enhance the story and make it exciting. The truth is, that we never made it to the island, because no sailors

were brave enough to sail to the island, for our ships were to fragile to make it past the reefs surrounding it. The envelope contains the map to Crandor around the reefs. I trust that you will make more use of it than I did. Be safe, and kill that dragon.

The map was in the envelope, and so all I had to do was find a boat, and a sailor to help me navigate the seas. First, I went to Port Sarim in search of a seaworthy ship. A man by the name of Klarense was shouting about that he had a ship for sale, and it only costed 2,000 gold pieces because it was damaged. It was a steal! I bought the ship, repaired it on the spot and headed to a man by the name of Ned who crafted me a wig to help an Al-Kharidian prince escape a brutal woman keeping him hostage. Ned told me that he would need some time to study the map, but that he would meet me in Port Sarim after I had finished preparing to fight the dragon. I took my Anti-dragonfire shield with me, along with my Adamant armor, some restore potions and food I had cooked to keep me healthy through this tough fight.

Sure enough, Ned was waiting for me at the ship when I arrived, and told me that he had proper knowledge on the way, and that we would not be harmed. Just like that, we were off. It was a peaceful ride until we got closer to the island, when all of a sudden clouds began to cover the sky, and we saw a dark blur dash through the sky behind them. It was her. In one instant she breathed her fire onto the boat igniting it and incinerating our young skipper. After then, I woke up to Ned tending to the shipwreck. He asked if I was alright, and told me we were on Crandor.

After I gained some of my strength back I started to explore the island. At the center there was a cave. I went in. Inside there were spiders, skeletons, and demons, and then I saw her. On the other side of the stalagmite wall, a giant green dragon, with a scar running down her left side from the fight many

years ago against one Crandorian warrior. I climbed over the wall and caught her attention. The fight lasted for what seemed like hours. Every second that passed I prayed to the Gods that I would survive, and in any moments that I lacked faith, I drank some of my restores to re-energize myself for the fight. She almost defeated me several times, but in the end, I attacked her with swift and precise stabs with my blade, with my final thrust cut her head clean off, and I arose victorious. With her head in my hand, I exited the cave and went back to Ned. He gave me a sigh of relief, and we teleported back to Edgeville so that I could give her head to Oziach.

I completed the quest that no other was able to. Not even the great Wally and my grandfather. There's a lot that needs to be done but for now I'll rest and admire a job well done.
