Hey!

In the early 2000's Runescape was my life, it was something I shared with friends at school as we competed on the HiScores and watched the cream of the crop battle it out for the top spot before anyone was maxed, striving for efficiency or attempting to gain 200m xp in every skill.

I have formed real world relationships with people I met through Runescape that have impacted my life in positive ways and carved a path I could never have guessed.

My other account is 15 years old and is not the first account I ever created. I was highly active on the forums and sociable in-game. Chances are if you were active on the forums 10-15 years ago we have interacted in some way.

When Oldschool Runescape released I frantically hopped back on after a long hiatus and briefly competed at the top of the fishing and cooking HiScores, just like it was 2003 all over again.

Fast forward to 2019 and here I am, returning to a game that formed a large part of my childhood. Woodruff is a new account aiming to play and see everything that Runescape 3 has to offer; from completing quests in order of release and re-investing myself in the lore of Gielinor to mindlessly chopping trees and slaying oversized bosses.

I am here to enjoy the game, relax, run through the quests in release order, level up my skills and be sociable with friends.

I don't expect everyone to read this, I know how this goes! So if you did, I appreciate it and thanks for stopping by as this thread will give me another personal, creative and social outlet.
