Hello,

I was always told that when you reach 200m exp total in 1 skill you will have a permenant rank on the highscore and nobody who got 200m could be ranked higher if they are later to reach the gaol. i notist last week my rank was 3019 in magic highscores and today it saids 3021. how is this possible? or does the highscore still count the exp you get in game after 200m?

It's not a bug, and no, post-200m exp does not count for hiscores.

What happened with your rank was that some players, who had achieved 200m magic earlier than you and were unlisted from the hiscores due to inactivity, logged in again, thus making themselves listed on the hiscores again and pushing your rank back. The more players there are between you and rank 1 on the skill, the more inactive players there are, and thus the more inaccurate your permanent rank is when displayed on the hiscores. As such, only Jagex knows from their data what your true permanent rank is, unless they made it visible to you as well.

IIRC, while you're F2P you get unlisted after 3 months of inactivity, and while you're P2P you cannot be unlisted as long as you remain P2P, even if you don't play at all.
