I got a question...

I was trying to do the master cape achieves, and one of them is finishing the rogue trader miniquest… the thing is, I already have... it is telling me that "runes" are still incomplete but I have done that portion years ago, can buy the runes, but am not awarded the achievement... does anyone know why there might be a bug?
