How does it work exactly? do i have to be a member for consecutive time? i was told in game that it goes by account age but my account is really old and i dont have a cape. sorry if im in the wrong spot im freshly back and still finding my way around.

Go to Lumbridge & Hans is walking around on the outside of the Castle. You can be F2P to get the Veteran Capes. He has: 5, 10 & 15 Year Veteran Capes.
