So...since the update last month the combat training academy was removed from Lumbridge and one of the hard achievements is to cast fire blast at a training dummy. Well, it's not longer there. How is this achievement supposed to be met? Is there another update coming?

There are still a couple of training dummies on the north side of Hank's Fishing Shop, just north of Lumbridge Castle
