What is the bare minimum you need to be acceptably efficient at Barrows?
0. Preface
I've played RS since 2005. There have seen many updates, not just to RS3 but also OSRS, which have changed many mechanics in RS. One minigame I've been obsessed with is Barrows. To me, it is the perfect blend of consistency and random chance. Some days you'll get nothing but Karil's Hoods, and another day you'll get nothing but Ahrim's robes. Knowing how I like to play RS, I want to return to my drop-log and goals around Barrows. This will be measured in, A) the drop-log, and B) the raw GE value of drops at Barrows, and C) various data point associated with Barrows
I. The Goal
The goal is to drop every Barrows piece at least once
II. Rules
1) I will log EVERYTHING. Which room a brother spawns in, the brother that spawns in the catacombs, the spawn location of the player, the KC, the loot, etc... If I can log it, it will be logged
2) Minimal quests. Quest completion will be limited only to quests that directly improve the efficiency of Barrows. Morning's End does not count because there are so many warps granted that it can't be argued it directly improves Barrows runs, however something like In Search of Myreque does count because it was obviously intended for Barrows. That means no Slayer Dart, no prayer books, no dragon items, etc...
3) Non-IM. The GE and bank are available, however Barrows equipment cannot be bought through the GE or trades
4) No Skilling, except for quests that contribute to quests that improve Barrows efficiency. Combat skills only
5) Taking advantage of all current OSRS mechanics is acceptable, except when it contradicts a previous rule. This is not a 2007 run I'll steal your GF with my spear
