'Annihilator' Achievement Bug?

I can't seem to get this achievement. I've defeated all 4 nihil while engaged in combat with each type at the same time 3 times now but still don't have the achievement. What am I doing wrong?

I know it's a couple years late, but I think when you go to the Cradle you have to use the option "Replay Boss Fight" He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose
