depends what you are going for. and if you want to spend money. easily can do 99 prayer in a day. but requires a lot of gp

the fastest in general usually is thieving. in terms of gathering everything you need including gp. thiev tends to be fastest or use to be.

so if you dont have much money and want any 99 asap then thiev way to go
