I've been working towards the quest cape for quite some time now I already have my max cape but so far I have got 402/425 quest points I have 37 left on the list to do is there anything else I need to do other than all those quests/ mini quests/ saga's on that list because if not it's all I have left to do.

Depends on whether you want the standart or the master cape. For the standart, you just need max quest points. For the master version, there's a stack of other requirements which you can find in-game (under 'achievements') or on wiki. Got Ralph at ~62.799.196 xp.
