Twenty yrs plus of rs

Hi Runescapians and Jagex,

The game is finally coming to an end for me. Membership ends on Sep 8th, I set some final goals to try and get all p2p skills to 200mil by then. But, may not reach them all and have come to a conclusion I'm ok with that. I went from being one of the first and top players on game to like top 3kish. The game has evolved a lot good and bad. I will continue on f2p to do the same for f2p skills till max 200mils.

Was going to write all my complaints down and things I like about runescape but, if any of you truly know this game at all you should already know even jagex should know.
How much do I love rs 1 percent. How much do I like rs maybe 10 percent and How much have I grown to dislike runescape 89 percent. I had high hopes for runescape so that is why I stayed so long.

Few times had planned to leave but, friends asked me to stay that it would get better. Boy oh boy were they wrong. Increase fees from $3.40 to over $12 for a lot of content and graphics I can't use, less contact with Jagex/support and destroying of content making areas pointless just to name a few things.

A lot of my original friends have left game already but, those that have stuck around I thank them all for the memories and the rare fun times we had.

Future plans for me after doing some f2p skilling and leaving will maybe concentrate on writing a book. NO plans on finding a new game but, who knows what will bring tomorrow.

Currently 200 mil
Strength, Attack, Defence, Range, Dungeoneering, Archeology, Constitution, Herblore, Thieving, Fletching, Slayer, Hunter, Smithing, Cooking, Firemaking, Farming, Summoning and Invention.

Currently Working on Divination and some Mage.

My first 99 on Runescape was Smithing because back in the day very few smithers and most of them charged an arm and leg for items.

One of my favorite skills was firemaking. Because enjoyed making pictures out of the fires and words. Later I wrote up an idea for more xp on being able to get xp doing similar and they came out with a quest similar to what I wanted.

Second would be dungeoneering. I invisioned a skilling place where clan members could go and hang out for xp more of a mini game. But Jagex made similar to my idea in to a skill. Still like going there to train even maxed yet.

Third I would have to say Archeology. I had suggested similar years ago when the dig site quest first came out. Years later a skill and I loved it. And still do wish to do more but, been
busy with maxing the 200mils. Everything about how it was added was great good job those who worked on it.

Not a skill but gotta tip my hat to those who made Arch-glacor greatest boss that actually breaks down the mechanics and teaches them individual. And yet can get decent drops.



Thanks for all the support over the years friends, fans, and Jagex staff that still know me.


PS: I'm not claiming that Jagex looked at my ideas and made them could be just coincidence. Several Other ideas but sure hundreds of others suggested many of the same over the years.

One Last thing about the community I recently found RSGLORYANDGOLD via twitch. And gotta say past few month Joining them in some boss kills has been nice. If any of you want a non-toxic group of Good people/players should check them out. Their leader Is a great guy and Jagex should give him more recognition for all he has done for this game and community.

4/25 Got 5 billions xp finally and 200mil xp in mage. :P

5/10 Got 200mil xp in construction. WOOT!

6/19 Got 200mil xp in divination one down several to go!!

7/9 Got 200mil xp in prayer!!

8/10 Woot 200mil xp in agility!! Was a long road since jagex messed up oddments and silverhawks but, finally done! WHOOPIE!!

8/15 200mil crafting knocked out woot!!

9/2 HIT 5.4 billion xp woot!

11/16 Got 200mil xp in Runecrafting!!!

12/16 Finally Knocked off mining 200mil woot!

12/31 KNOCKED OFF FISHING AND WOODCUTTING 200mils same day end of year@@!!!! WOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!

MAXED ALL CURRENT SKILL up to 2022 DEC 31!!

Construction is by far the most superior skill! CONgrats! 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.
Working on 200m Divination atm. PM for effigies assists, and for tips when skilling. World 70.

Four skills left Runecrafting, Woodcutting, Fishing, and Mining. Members is up on Sept 14. 2022 will not be renewing. Will continue to work on those skill on free play. No idea if ever will finish them but can say Runescape has been a wild ride. Getting to be friends with Paul Gower and several other awesome Jmods that helped me at times when needed. Being able to suggest new content has also been fun. Not sure how active I will be after members up. But, will try to continue to help a new player that I recently met to learn some about the game.

Will also try to spend more time off game doing irl stuff and maybe new hobby. Thanks for all support. Will post if I max any of the last 200mils that I need.
