So I'm working on lumbridge achievement and the "It was this big" achievement seems impossible. It says to catch a pike east of lumbridge castle. Okay no biggie I got bait I got enough fishing level. The issue is no bait fishing points spawn. Its always lure points. I'm so confused how am I suppose to complete this achievement if it never spawns? Or am I just looking at the wrong place. I'm fishing in the river lum near the goblins in lumbridge.

If you right click on fishing spot, two options should appear, lure option and bait option. Click on bait option.
