I am also Phoenix gang. I understand that this Quest can be soloed now. I cannot solo it because I've already got my half of a shield. Therefore, it will not allow me to join the other gang. I need a black arms member to help me finish this Quest please. Please PM me in the game to help me. Or teach me how to solo it after I've already got the shield. That's where I messed up because I can no longer solo this Quest. King Oedipus
