Hi all,

returning playing after 6 long years, getting back in to the swing of things, and while trying my hand at the PoF, i came across Mod Dolan's Rubber Duck.

Wanted to clear up my research in to this item;

I need to wait until next year for a beach party to get 10 Little Toy Ducks to be able to make use of this rubber duck?

Or can i do something when not during the event to earn the titles/accolades?
