Hi, welcome to my post, haven't made one of these in years, so any tips on how to improve this are appreciated.

Quick intro:
As the title says, I'm a OSRS Defence pure(1 Attack/Strength/Magic/Range/Prayer), at the time of making this thread I was 89 Defence (Combat 41) my aim is too get 99 through training at Pest Control, which at the minute feels years away, 14764 Pc points to be exact.

99 Fishing

Will be looking at quests I can do soonish, if anyone has any tips for a defence pure

Obviously without gaining any combat exp (other than Defence), including Prayer, also tell me what the gain is from doing the quest as theres no point doing pointless ones as a Quest cape is impossible for me to gain
