Is this Ach still in the game or was it taken out? apparently it was apart of a 2017 update or something and you could do it after completing monkey madness but I completed monkey madness long before this came out and I do not have the option of doing it. Either it was removed or players who did it before the update don't have the ability to get this achievement? and if old players don't have the ability to get the ach how does that affect getting the master quest cape?

You should've been able to complete the achievement since 2009. What options does Daero give if you talk to him? (Also, are you sure you don't have it already?) Got Ralph at ~62.799.196 xp.

Same problem. Daero just takes me to the hangar whether I talk to him or select travel.
Quests/Strategy Wiki says I've not completed this achievement. I find the achievement screen hard to follow. Maybe, I have completed it, but then that means the Wiki lookup is wrong.
