We can't currently adjust that on the mobile client. Would be nice if Jagex would add this option. The desktop client is way more customizable and does allow for such changes. In my opinion there is really no reason why it wouldn't be possible to have options like this on the mobile app as well.
Knowing Jagex, they probably won't add this feature, as they don't seem to listen to any feedback the players give them anyways. Multiple mobile requests have so far been ignored, such as integrating the compass into the minimap like desktop client has and allowing us to access the currency pouch, price checker and invention pouch from the button of the inventory interface.
