Mobile Founders missing??

i have collected some of the rewards from the previous dates but today when i went on mobile to collect the whole option tab for the mobile founders reward is missing for me? what could be the cause or is it just a glitch for now? any help or tips would be greatly appreciated

I think if you have members, have rewards to claim, and have logged in on mobile, you will be able to see the tab. But if any of those criteria are not met the tab is not visible.

I had an alt that used to have members, i had claimed the first reward.

I just logged in now to check the account, I was able to claim the second two rewards as a non member. After claiming the last 2 rewards the tab has now disappeared. Hope this helps
