I follow all of the links from the RS page, it takes me to Google Play, where I get a screen that is mostly blank except for the statement "Item not found.", with a button labeled RETRY.
If the client is no longer available, please update the page to reflect this.
If I was supposed to do something in order to access the mobile client, please specify this in unambiguous language on the RS site. (If there are instructions, they are too easy to miss.)
If neither of these is the case, fix the bloody thing.
