Hi,

Recently, I have been unable to login to my account. When I choose 'Email/Username' I get "Could not connect. Please check your internet connection or try again later". I could not sign in with google to my existing account but it did let me start a new account on it that is playable with no errors. I had been using RS3 mobile up until the last week or so just fine.

Steps I've taken:

- Clear app cache and data and then uninstall app
- Update my phone OS (I don't know what exact model but its a Samsung Galaxy 11ish)
- Restart phone
- Reinstall RS3 Mobile
- Attempt to login using 'Email/Username' [Could not connect... internet connection]
- Attempt to login via google [opens the new account I accidentally made not my actual account*
- Attempt to login via google with another gmail account. I am redirected to a login screen where I type my details [another "could not connect" message]

My phone is fully up to date. The app lets me play on a fresh account so I don't think its an internet issue. I have tested using my wifi connection and again with phone data only. I've tried this procedure over several days. Is there anything I might have missed?
