I can't finish desperate measures quest because at the end when I need to escape the lab it freezes just as the first rock falls anyone know a way to fix this?

Try playing from another device. Jagex are aware of the issue however. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
