Being asked to go to tutorial

My account was created around 2009 combat level 117 logged into mobile and cannot do a thing as its asking me to go to tutorial island. Any help?

Please disable the following setting.
Game settings - Interfaces - Information windows - Guidance system hints Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

I'm having the same issue and I can't even open my account settings to try and see if Corder's solution works or not. Any ideas?

Edit; I was able to access the settings menu by going to the doomsday guy in Lumbridge and requesting to set warnings option. Followed Corder's directions as stated above and im left with the same issue. It's still leaving me with the Tutorial Island task and acts as if im on tutorial island but im not
