I have not been able to log into my members account for about a week now. I tried logging in with my non member account and was able to log in and play with no problems at all. When will this problem be resolved? I'm running short on patience. I'm paying 10 bucks a month for no reason. Will you be refunding me or give g me extra days maybe my daily keys that I have not been able to get? Cmon Jagex give us some kind of update or at least let us know you are working on the problem.

I'm not receiving a error code. As soon as I log in 2 seconds later I'm being kicked. I can log into a f2p world with my f2p account and play. But with my p2p I log in then immediately kicked back to my phones home page.
When at the login screen, please clear every username and password letters out. Hit backspace a few more times just to make sure there are no stray spaces. Then, type it in manually and sign in.
