Legacy Interface when?

I play predominantly on legacy mode, however being forced into EoC world's due to there being no legacy interface is very frustrating, especially when it comes to minigames like Soul Wars, Fist of Guthix etc. Could an interface the same as, or similar to OSRS Mobile not be implemented?

Even though I don't play on Legacy Mode(very rarely do I and just for very specific circumstances which turns out to be mainly for fun), it makes far too much sense to add this to RS3 Mobile. There are less combat actions to worry about and I sometimes feel like I have input lag at times, but it could just be how the game was made which wouldn't make the situation any better.

Mobile is really just to hold you over until you get back on a PC, but then again, some players may not own a PC.
