Mobile beta account issue

I got an invitation to the android mobile beta way back in the day and played frequently on it. I then switched over to an iPhone and obviously cannot use the android beta on my iPhone. Is there any way I can put in an appeal to have my closed beta membership transferred from android to the new iOS closed beta? TYIA
