Mobile app won't load

Just downloaded the mobile app for the first time in my nokia 2v. When I clicked on it, all I got was a black screen with no sound or image. Then the app immediately closes and my phone says, "Runescape Mobile keeps stopping." Can anyone help?

This is the same issue I am having! No matter what I try I just can*t seem to get it to load. I’ve reset the device, cleared internet cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. What is really annoying me is that I went out today about bought an Android device just so I could play the app as it would be easier for me!! To say I am annoyed is an understatement.
