No profile pic for mobile?

So, when the game first hit mobile, my profile pic changed when I saw the wizard outside of Falador and got my picture. Now when I do so from mobile, my profile picture for the forums just appears blank. This really needs fixed. "For all you know, I'm the silver in the bullet
