I've been using mobile for a year now it's great for Android. One problem with the recent update is the new chat box layout. I like the chat box being displayed at all times and not disappearing like it does now when chat ceases. Please put an option in the options to allow it to stay up. Ty. If I could I would pay money to allow this option but I'm on a budget so please jagex.

support for that, was really distracting to have the box opening and shutting all the time.
Once again mobile subjected to changes without options to have what you like.

I am also wondering why, I know many have asked, can't you have a phone icon next to your name in chats, especially clan chat, as some people,including me, find it annoying if someone doesn't answer cos they are on mobile and chat is awkward I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

Agreed hate the new update where chat closes after nothing's talked about or happens was perfectly fine the way it was before

Phone icon would be nice too especially when trading since u cant do anything outside trade screen so people will know u can't answer questions

Did they just do this or did they do it because of some feedback from players saying it was annoying having the chat in the way of the game? If so this is a ridiculous solution because now the only way to have the chat window stay open is to have it block one quarter of the screen. The old way of full control over the chat window was obviously best.

The fade out chat should be if you have it fully closed the constant small chat should be the next chat option and the fully opened chat should stay as is
