I would like to see us being able to resize the minimap. As funny as it may be I cannot access the research and development excavation site in the storm guard Citadel because I can't see on the mini map how to get there. I feel if I could enlarge the mini-map and tap near the site then the character may go there but as I've already tried for it more than 10 minutes to fly there on my own and keep running into obstacles I cannot even get there to utilize the skill level that I have.

I second this.
UI scaling options in general would be extremely useful but the mini map in particular is the one I struggle with as too small.
I would happily use an option to scale down my inventory and scale up the mini map
