No "Send Beta Feedback"

I open Testflight and tap on the RuneScape app icon. However, I do not see any "Send Beta Feedback" link. All I see after tapping the icon, is the version number and an "Open" button below it. This is followed by the "What to test" blurb. There is no link to send feedback.
