Certain bosses I dont think I'd be comfortable in doing however I have done vindicta multiple times as the mechanics are pretty basic and also a kiln. I regularly do ed3 (runs not full)

Generally speaking I'd probably avoid top tier bosses solo on rs mobile until I feel mechanics and ease of access is spot on AND probably more important I'm confident in doing this on rs mobile
