Unable to login on mobile rs

My new phone is an LG L322DL with Android version 9.
I have 79% of memory available.
When I try to open Runescape, I get music, but a black screen. Nothing else. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. I checked the app settings, didn't see anything to change there that might help.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I have been a beta member since the release and never had issues on my android. Since their last update i also get the same black screen issue where i just hear music and see nothing. Really upset i can't use my phone anymore and claim any exclusive items. Ive been a member of runescape since 2001 :(
