"Mouse Icons" on Mobile

Since downloading the newest update for Mobile, it appears to have added mouse-like icons above whatever item I tapped on to use and it's just in the way most of the time on my small S10 screen with seemingly no way to disable them from appearing.

Is this an oversight or am I just too stupid to figure it out?
