Combat bug?

Since around the time necro came out combat has been broken. The game runs relatively lag free until I enter combat, then the game becomes unresponsive. Eating, drinking potions or using abilities requires multiple taps to do and will still often fail.
The lag stops again the second the adrenaline bar hits zero. I'm bored of skilling and if it's not fixed soon I'm moving onto another game. Does anyone know a fix for this bug?
