So i've done over twenty steps now to the same hard clue scroll on rs3 mobile and still not got a casket.

I've done Anagrams, coords, Riddles every type of puzzle possible yet still no prize. Is there a bug or what?

What are the chances.. I noticed you also posted this question on the Runescape Reddit and someone provided you the answer you were looking for. Good to hear! :D

I’ll leave the answer to the OP’s question that did solve it for them here - just in case someone else seems to find them in the same position as Usbad3.
