Hey everyone, I think this is the right place to post this bug, if not I’m sorry, don’t go in the forums to much.
So this is a bug on mobile, it’s during the Kings Ransom Quest. It happens when you get to the courtroom and there’s a cutscene to when you call upon a witness, the witness then appears. Then the bug happens, the witness appears and you should get a text box but there are none. It just freezes and there’s no text box. You can move the camera around the courtroom but still no text box, therefore you can*t continue in this important quest.
Apparently this has been a bug since mobile has came out, I’ve tried everything nothing seems to fix the issue. The things I’ve tried are….. Logging in and logging out, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, going into settings and trying different frame rates in the in game settings, slowing moving the camera angle in hopes even the slightest text box would appear. I even tried all those things on my other phone. With no results.
If anyone has an suggestions I’m all ears and would appreciate them. I tried all solutions on both phones (Android and IOS). Also I choose to play on mobile so be kind please. Hopefully I get some answers, and hopefully jagex can fix this. Because it is such a vital quest to do. But like I’ve said this has been an issue since the release of mobile tons of Reddit posts and from other websites. Maybe they should fix it? Thank you
