I'm just going to list a few issues I've found over the past year of using RS mobile.
It works great, I really like it, but it could be better.

Issues

Information windows need a close button. Some of them stay on screen (and cover up a large section of it, including the first column of your inventory), and even after relogging they don't disappear. It's impossible to get rid of them until you do what they tell you to. I have an example video (I'll add this when I transfer it from mobile to PC).

Suggestions

Right click feature takes a bit too long to register, it could do with shaving 0.25s off it, to feel more responsive. I am constantly trying to right-click (by holding my finger on screen) and the slightest movement nudging the camera, cancelling the action. I've considered buying a matte screen protector to help hold still. I have steady hands, I can't imagine how bad this must be for people with shaky hands. 0.25s might not seem like a lot but I think it'd greatly improve user-experience.

Adjustable resolution or adjustable UI sizing. On my tablet (S7+), the inventory and map take up 1/3rd of the screen. This is fine for mobile, people have to be able to click what they want, but on tablets it feels a bit too large. That's just my personal opinion though. Bob says:
