Mobile slayer helm menu entry

On mobile when i left click my slayer helm to equip it, it activates it instead. If i long press (right click) it and select the ‘wear’ option manually, it still activates it. The only way to wear it is to either equip via bank or or long press and select activate which will then wield it

Iphone Xr on and off wifi it does the same thing.
