Game crashing out of lobby

Hi, I have a Huawei phone. My game is crashing after logging in and out of lobby screen, it either sticks to loading and crashes or loads the game at 0.5 fps and crashes. In log-in and lobby i have normal FPS.. Thanks

I seem to have the same issue with my Android revvel 4 and it's new phone to and using both data and wifi seems not to change much. Highly skilled player can handle some pvm but tends to avoid PVP will only do friendly duels for no stakes.
