Constant crashes. Constant crashes. Started 2/26 and was locked out until early April but according to Jagex I was not part of the account issues. This game is becoming unplayable because of crashes. Teleport to a new spot on the map and it will crash. Spend 30 minutes fighting and force closing to get back to a screen I can play. If I teleport again the process restarts. I've submitted numerous posts in this forum and never received anything in return. submitted a request for the lockout issues bug stating I have video proof I was locked out and finally got a response stating I wasn't part of the lockout issues. But that was it....no one tried to get information to see what was going on. Just brushed it under the table as usual. This is very irritating due to the fact bug abusers got 2 week bans and made billions abusing a bug and I can't get membership credited to my account as I was locked out for 1.5 months. I have videos showing the crashes recently as well. As the launch date for the mobile platform is coming up very quickly the app is becoming extremely bad and the issues need fixed or else you guys will fall flat on your face if you release a very buggy app. The beta ran 500% smoother with rare crashes and now I can make the game crash anytime I want by doing a few things. The game hates my max cape and it loves crashing when I wear it. Combat is 100% out of the question as you can't trust the stability of the app. Only afk items with limited movement are trusted.

We need something to happen. 15 year old account and I've been brushed off to.the point of canceling membership because paying for a service this buggy is not acceptable in any circumstance.

I've updated the phone and the app and also retsrted my device factory fresh. No changes. Wifi or cellular date same issues. Minimum graphics or max graphics same outcome.

Seems that customer support is very overwhelmed or understaffed because months of issues wouldn't of been allowed 10 years ago...

Yeah its a real shame. I post on here all the time about the issues with the app, but its just getting worse and worse. Like a year ago the client was smooth and safe to use. Now? You cant teleport anywhere, cant fight anything, and are limited to just afk activities otherwise the game will crash. Something needs to be done. People have lost billions of gp in unwarranted deaths, lost countless of hours of experience, and arent getting their moneys worth for paying jagex for membership.

I only started playing runescape again because of mobile and I am also experiencing constant crashes when playing on mobile. I use a Samsung Note 20. Random crashes when equipping certain items or every time I teleport or go through a door that has a load screen. Nobody has responded to my reports or tried helping me fix it.

I'm note 20 as well. Don't hold your breath....I was reaching out starting late Feb with issues and never from heard anyone until after the lockouts ended and I stated how that went. I was hopeful they would get a decent fix on the problems but 3 months is a quarter of the year and I don't understand how they don't want to investigate the codes and the times to try to figure out what's going on. They can communicate with players many ways to get more information but that's just my opinion. More data would mean more information to a solution....
