Bottom left action buttons bug

I've posted this issue on reddit since the release of the new mobile interface and it seems that multiple devices have this issue.

The bottom left action buttons wouldn't work if tapped on their bottom half. When holding the dead areas of the buttons it seems to just "right click" the area behind it as if there aren't any interactable interface infront.

Ive had the same issue as well making me lose a lot of dps when i can't use my ability when i need it to activate which makes bossing horrible
