This afternoon, I updated my tablet after today's update. The update was successful and I was able to play Runescape for several hours.
A few hours later, I tried to update my cell phone, but received the following following message:

This app is not yet available in the current region.
"
I have played Runescape on this cell phone for two years now. Definitely a bug.
I am using two different internet account with the same service provider.
Thought you might want to know.
