So I've been playing for some time now on my computer and my iPhone. Today I tried to log in on my phone like I always do and for some reason it made me make a brand new character, even though I used my normal email that I use to log in on my computer. I thought that once I got done with tutorial island it would reset for some reason and I could just play on my normal character, but no, it made me continue with the new lvl 3 account, even though it was the same email and password AND the authenticator code was the same. For any mods reading this, I don't want to get banned for this weird phenomenon, I just wanted to hop on mobile on my ironman while not at my computer. That's why I'm making this post. Until I get a response, I won't log in on my phone just so I don't break any rules. I asked my CC about this and they were all confused and told me to post about it here. Really weird stuff. Any one who is reading this, please inform me on what to do to log into my normal account on my phone. I'd rather not play 2 characters on one email. Thanks in advance.
