Constant crashes suddenly

I've been playing mobile for months now with no issues on my galaxy a20. Have had no issues til about 4 days ago I was doing some questing (had been online for hours) and the game crashed ever since then its been almost unplayable, most times it'll crash (black screen into closing the app) on login, sometime upon opening a bank or a menu (like sifting) and sometimes when teleporting. The very few occasions that the game is stable (after multiple crashes) it'll freeze up for a few seconds when moving then resume or sometimes crash. I've cleared cache, redownloaded game, fooled around with settings and nothing has helped. I know my phone can run the game no problem as I have for months and it runs genshin impact perfectly. Has something happened on the past 4 days that has effected app stability and if so are they fixing it. Any advice on how to fix the issue would be welcomed <3 I just wanna get back to playing again.

They must of broke something, it doesnt work on any of my devices, except my pc. I cant even get into the game, it loads shows my character and crashes. That is a s20 ultra and s7 plus. I have tried different worlds, 5g vs wifi, different video settings from low to high, and it just crashes :(

Did it start a few days ago like me? And yeah same deal here tried all those things with no luck. Yeah sometimes it'll work for a few minutes, like most engaging thing I've been able to do was a single barrows run in which itd crash when I teleport back to do a 2nd and while doing that first barrows run itd freeze up for a few seconds. So yeah something in the last update broke mobile (at least for some of us like you and i) because the game ran perfect for months beforehand

I just started back yesterday, which i played last night for a good 2 hours 0 problems. Than this morning when i tried to play it worked for like 30 mins. Then when i went to try again after archelogy and teleported back to the main place it crashed. Then it wouldnt let me do anything just kept crashing. So i tried on my phone and it did the same thing, and now it wont even load past the first part on either. Works fine on my pc though streaming it to my tablet.

So i went through all the settings on my s20 ultra and s7 plus tablet on runescape, because it still wasnt working after the servers xame up. I narrowed it down to shadowa, with the shadows off i can play instead of just crashing after login. Worked both on my phone and tablet.

It looks like this is happening to a lot of people on this forum section.I'm sure jagex is getting on top of the issue. I was getting frustrated but now seeing these posts gave me some relief lol.

I've tried multiple different accounts and got different issues. My regular iron is stuck in varrock. I spawn in and the game instantly crashes within seconds

My hardcore crashes now when I go into a dungeoneering floor, mine gem rocks in al kharid quarry, etc.
