Tutorial island glitch

My activity tracker is telling me to complete tutorial island again but I can't access the island to begin and it won't allow me to do anything settings related or even open the minimap its acting as if i was a new acc on tutorial island but im not my acc (the one im having the issue on) is over 15+ years old. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Im having the exact same issue!

Device name: Galaxy S21 5G
Model Number: SM-G991B/DS
Location: New Zealand
Wifi: Yes
Cellular: 4G
Data Provider: 2 Degrees
OS: Android
OS version: 11

Playtime (Approx): 0 mins
What is the issue?: The client thinks im back on tutorial island and I cannot access anything before i complete tutorial island, which seems impossible.
Where is the issue?: Everywhere - Seemingly
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No

Hi,

Please disable the setting Guidance system hints .
The location on PC is: Gameplay settings - interfaces - information windows . This may not be the same on mobile.

Please double check that the display name of the account is correct, as it's possible you've accidentally created a new account. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
